• Can I Try Just One Box?

  Lucky Tackle Boxes are only available as part of the subscription. If you’d like to try just one box, we recommend a monthly subscription, which can be canceled at any time.

• What Will I Get In My Lucky Tackle Box Each Month?

  Each month you will receive a variety of high-quality fishing tackles. We have a team of industry experts and professional anglers that approve the products we put in each box. Each Lucky Tackle Box contains approximately $25-$85 worth of fishing tackle, depending on which box size you choose. Besides, you can easily access our tutorial videos and learn how to use every piece of equipment you receive.

• What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards, or debit cards as payment for auto-renewed subscriptions. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, money orders, gift cards, PayPal, or Venmo.

• How Much Is Shipping For My Lucky Tackle Box Subscription?

  Shipping is always FREE within the U.S. and an additional $5 for shipping to Canada.

• Can I Place My Subscription On Hold?

  You sure can! We make it as easy as possible to manage your subscription. Simply log in to your Lucky Tackle Box account and click on “Manage Your Subscription Here.” Then you can pause, cancel, and re-active your subscription at any time. If that doesn’t work, just shoot us an email at support@luckytacklebox.com and we’ll sort you out.

• How Do I Sign Up For An Account?

  We make it as easy as possible for you to manage your Lucky Tackle Box subscription directly from your account. To register for an account, click HERE. Suppose you are already an existing Lucky Tackle Box subscriber. In that case, you must use the same email address to register for the account you originally used to sign up for a subscription.

• When Will My Box Ship Each Month?

  Your box will ship 5-7 business days after your anniversary date i.e., the day of the month you placed your first LTB order. For example, if you ordered a box on March 10th, your subsequent orders will process on April 10th, May 10th, June 10th, and so on. Each box will ship 5-7 days after your order is processed.

• Can I Cancel Mid-Subscription?

  If you purchase a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription, you commit to the full length of that subscription, and the total payment is due upfront. If you choose to cancel mid-subscription, you will still receive the boxes you paid for, but your subscription will not auto-renew. We do not authorize refunds on 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions that have already been processed.

• What's The Difference Between A Subscription VS. A Gift Subscription?

  Subscriptions automatically renew after the 3, 6, or 12-month timeframe, while gift subscriptions are a one-time purchase and do NOT automatically renew. You can purchase a subscription HERE and a gift subscription HERE. Tight lines!

• Why Am I Receiving Duplicate Products In My Xtreme Box?

  We like to provide our subscribers with a full angler experience, including education! Instead of stuffing the Xtreme boxes with random lures, we strategically provide different variations (multiple colors, multiple sizes, etc.) of the same bait so you can better adapt to various water conditions. For example, if it’s early morning, you can use darker bait, and if the water is clear, you can throw in a more natural color. By providing duplicate products in the same Xtreme box, you can be fully equipped no matter when, where, or what time of year you’re fishing!

• What Is The Difference Between Bass XL Box and Multi-species Box?

  Basically, the Bass box contains all the relevant lures and baits for bass fishing, while the Multi-species box has all the angler’s tools for fishing different types of fish.

• What Should I Do If I Have Too Many Lures and Baits?

  You know what they say; there can never be too much fishing gear. If, however, you find yourself having too many baits and lures, you can always pause your subscription for a few months and then continue it in just a few clicks.
